Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Utility Providing. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the natural gas and electricity service assistance we provide. By accessing our website, contacting our team, or requesting our services, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services.
1. About Our Services
Utility Providing provides assistance with natural gas and electricity service arrangements for residential and commercial customers.
Our services may include:
New natural gas and electricity service requests
Utility service transfers when moving
Service reconnection assistance
Utility billing and account-related inquiries
Payment arrangement guidance
General customer support for utility services
Utility Providing operates as an independent utility assistance company. We are not the actual natural gas or electricity supplier. Utility services are supplied by the relevant utility companies, which determine service availability, rates, deposits, connection requirements, and approval.
2. Service Requests
When requesting assistance through Utility Providing, customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
This may include their name, contact details, service address, billing information, and any additional details necessary to process a utility service request.
Customers must have the legal authority to request services for the property or account involved.
Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays, cancellation, or rejection of a service request.
3. Service Availability
Utility services are subject to availability, location, provider policies, and eligibility requirements.
Utility Providing cannot guarantee that a utility provider will approve a request, establish service by a particular date, or offer specific rates.
Any connection, transfer, reconnection, or activation timeline provided is an estimate unless confirmed by the utility provider.
4. Service Fees and Payments
Utility Providing may charge service or processing fees for assistance provided to customers.
Any applicable fees will be disclosed before a customer authorizes payment.
Customers acknowledge that fees charged by Utility Providing may be separate from charges imposed by utility providers, including:
Security deposits
Connection or activation charges
Outstanding utility balances
Reconnection fees
Monthly utility usage charges
Applicable taxes and third-party charges
Customers are responsible for reviewing the payment details and authorizing applicable charges before a transaction is processed.
We do not guarantee that payments made to Utility Providing will satisfy balances owed directly to a utility provider unless this has been expressly confirmed.
5. Payment Authorization
By voluntarily submitting payment information and authorizing a transaction, customers permit Utility Providing or its authorized payment processing providers to process the agreed payment amount.
Customers agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Utility Providing does not authorize charges beyond the amount and payment terms agreed to by the customer.
Any recurring payments require separate authorization that complies with applicable law.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Utility Providing offers a 30-Day Refund Policy for eligible payments.
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the original payment date, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.
Refunds may be considered when:
A payment was processed incorrectly.
A duplicate payment occurred.
A service fee was charged in error.
A requested service has not yet been provided.
Completed services, utility usage charges, third-party fees, and services already delivered may not qualify for refunds except where required by applicable law.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
For complete eligibility requirements, please review our 30-Day Refund Policy.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating with reasonable verification requirements.
Customers agree not to:
Submit fraudulent or misleading service requests.
Use another person’s identity or payment information without authorization.
Provide false ownership, tenancy, or account details.
Misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
Use our services for unlawful purposes.
Utility Providing reserves the right to decline or discontinue assistance when a request involves suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.
8. Third-Party Utility Providers
Utility Providing may communicate with independent utility providers or related service partners to assist customers with their requests.
Each utility provider operates under its own terms, policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
Utility Providing is not responsible for independent decisions made by utility providers, including service denials, rate changes, deposit requirements, outages, or delays outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights customers may have directly against their utility providers.
9. Customer Communications
By contacting Utility Providing or submitting a service request, customers authorize us to communicate with them regarding their inquiry or requested services.
Communications may include telephone calls, emails, or text messages where permitted by law and supported by the customer’s consent.
Providing a phone number does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional calls or automated marketing messages.
Customers may withdraw marketing consent through the applicable opt-out method or by contacting us.
10. Privacy and Information Security
Utility Providing respects customer privacy and takes reasonable measures designed to safeguard personal information.
Information collected during service requests may be used for customer assistance, identity verification, service processing, recordkeeping, and other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent customer personal information.
Customer information may be shared with relevant utility providers, payment processors, or other authorized service partners when reasonably necessary to complete a requested service or comply with applicable law.
For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
11. Website Information
We aim to maintain accurate and updated information on our website.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Utility Providing is not responsible for losses arising solely from events outside our reasonable control, including utility outages, provider service interruptions, utility company decisions, or third-party processing delays.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any non-waivable consumer rights.

Any updated version will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of California, except where mandatory laws or consumer protections of another jurisdiction apply.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
